Simon St.Laurent My focus was/is on the front end of the conversation, so cloud is kind of, I dunno, assumed, or at least someone else’s problem.

I was tempted to talk a bit about ’serverless’ models, and how more and more logic can live in the client. I think that will be a huge story, but probably 2018 or 2019. Right now it’s shiny but still pretty quiet.

Seth Russell well recent dev at http://www.fastblogit.com/ has convinced me that almost all "logic can live in the client" in javaScript etc ... accessing the data via an api ... and the GCP makes it fast and scalable.

Indubitably building. That which is being disallowed will simply go deeper into the deep web … and all the other so called breaks only affect those who have that story.

The real story is growing exponentually!
