It seems to me that conservatives commenting on the Supreme Court ruling have forgotten that it was Obama himself who advanced the argument which apparently swayed justice Roberts to uphold ObamaCare.

" I’m confident that the Supreme Court will not take what would be an unprecedented, extraordinary step of overturning a law that was passed by a strong majority of a democratically elected Congress,” ...
